Out of interest, will there be any sort of meeting-up at or near the station beforehand, say in the region of 3:30-3:45ish? It's just, never having been to an EVE meet in my life, I have no idea whom to look for, which would be kind of daunting especially if we don't have the pub completely to ourselves.

Just got back from the meet and oh my God was it awesome! Met a bunch of people I see on the IGS all the time (Rodj Blake, Evanda Char, The Cosmopolite, Verone, Kostantin Mort, Grr, Hardin, and a bunch of CVA! AWESOME! ). Did a bunch of shots with some Electus Matari and got myself hammered with Midnighter (who is officially the Hardest EVE Player Ever, as he can down a cup of salt with a lemon-peel chaser without grimacing OR vomiting), forcefed Vitoc to some Amarrians and generally met a bunch of awesome people.
The venue WAS very noisy and I found myself shouting into people's ears at some point and still not being heard, but I still loved the whole event and meeting people from Veto and EM was a really good experience. A+++++++ would go again.
